1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MadMantra ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MadMantra provides autonomous AI agents that operate businesses on behalf of users. This includes infrastructure provisioning, code deployment, email outreach, social media management, and advertising campaign management.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content and communications sent by AI agents on your behalf. You agree not to use the Platform for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity.

4. Billing and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $29/month with a 3-day free trial. Additional companies and task credits are billed as add-ons. You may cancel at any time — no long-term commitments. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Revenue collected through your company's Stripe Connect account is subject to a platform fee.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content, code, and materials created by AI agents for your company. MadMantra retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

MadMantra is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI agents, including but not limited to lost revenue, reputation damage, or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your company data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
